To determine your insurance benefits and eligibility, I ask that you please call your insurance company's behavioral health department before our initial session and inquire about the following: 

  • Do I have in-network and/or out-of-network benefits to see a licensed psychologist for outpatient therapy?

  • Is the provider I would like to work with considered in-network or out-of-network for my plan?

  • What is my co-pay per session or what percentage of the provider's fees do you cover? 

  • Do I have an annual deductible and if so, how much of the deductible have I met?

  • Are there a certain number of sessions covered and in what time period?

  • If I see a provider out-of-network, how do I access the form(s) needed to submit a request for reimbursement?

Fees

Please inquire about the fees for an initial intake and ongoing therapy sessions. Payment is due at the time of the session in the form of cash, check or Venmo*.

*Please be aware that Venmo is also a social media app and payments are not private unless you set your privacy settings appropriately.
